If you are having difficulties logging in to your Skylight Developer Edition Domain with one of your users, please keep the following in mind before requesting a password reset.
- Passwords are case sensitive
- The user IDs you were provided with your Skylight Developer Edition domain are all lowercase
- If you are using a password manager verify that it has the proper password saved
